Is It Possible To Loose Weight Without Eating

Is it possible to loose weight without eating; this question is more common than some people realize. As a society we are so malnourished that most of us do not even know how to eat the right foods. Now I am not talking that about being malnourished like some of the third world countries. The truth is that most of us tend to have all the food that we want to eat; the we eat to much of it.

Either as a society we are eating too much of the wrong food or not enough of the food that is going to be beneficial to our bodies. Heck maybe you are one of the many people who choose convenience over practical. I know how difficult it can be to eat the healthy types of food; because this usually means that we have to take the time to prepare our meals and avoid the fast food places.

However if you are serious about losing weight; it is important that you stop skipping meals and begin eating the right types of food. In fact research has shown that we should all begin increasing the amount of meals that we eat.
