Is it possible to loose weight without eating; this question is more common than some people realize. As a society we are so malnourished that most of us do not even know how to eat the right foods. Now I am not talking that about being malnourished like some of the third world countries. The truth is that most of us tend to have all the food that we want to eat; the we eat to much of it.

Either as a society we are eating too much of the wrong food or not enough of the food that is going to be beneficial to our bodies.
